Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SHUNAILOV ALEKSANDR PAVEL, IE, trading as Ashunai (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles information when you use the applications we publish under the developer name “Ashunai” on Google Play, the App Store and other platforms (the “Apps”), and this website.
1. Who we are
The data controller is SHUNAILOV ALEKSANDR PAVEL, IE, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia (registration no. 286.1607406, TIN 20392053), 26A Movses Khorenatsi St., office 201, Yerevan 0010, Armenia. You can contact us at ashunai.dev@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We aim to collect as little information as possible. Unless an App’s description or in-app notice says otherwise, our Apps do not require you to create an account and do not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
Information you give us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply to you.
Information collected automatically
Some Apps use third-party services (listed below) that may automatically collect technical information, such as:
- device model, operating system version, language and app version;
- crash reports and diagnostic logs;
- anonymous usage statistics (for example, which screens are opened);
- advertising or app-instance identifiers provided by the operating system (Android or iOS).
Data you create inside an App (such as settings or content) is stored locally on your device unless the App clearly tells you it is synced or uploaded.
3. How we use information
- to provide, maintain and improve the Apps;
- to find and fix crashes and bugs;
- to understand how the Apps are used, in aggregate;
- to respond to your requests and support questions;
- to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-party services
Our Apps may use the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

- Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase — Firebase privacy information
5. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers listed above, which process it on our behalf, or when required by law, to protect our rights, or with your consent.
6. Data retention
Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Crash and analytics data is kept by the providers listed above for their standard retention periods (for Firebase, typically up to 90 days for crash data and up to 14 months for analytics data) and then deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights and data deletion
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. To request deletion of your data:
- send an email to ashunai.dev@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”;
- tell us the name of the App and any identifier the App shows you, if applicable.
We will process your request within 30 days. Data stored only on your device is removed when you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.
8. Children
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
10. International transfers
Our service providers may process information on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards provided by those providers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
